AUTO KROM stands by the quality of our products and follows an easy returns policy to ensure our customers are satisfied with their experience.
Upon delivery of a product if you find that the wrong product has been delivered or the product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit please immediately send us an email on email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery of the product with the following details:
- Order Number.
- Name of the product received.
- Date of delivery of the product.
- Nature of damage and/or defect.
- Colour photographs of the product that clearly indicate and illustrate the damage/defect.
Subject to receipt of the above information within the specified period, AUTO KROM may replace the product to your satisfaction Within 10 working days from date of receipt of intimation.
If AUTO KROM is unable to replace a product due to non-availability of the product the entire amount paid will be refunded in full to you via original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds for COD orders will be made by cheque only.
Our easy return policy will not be applicable to products which reveal damage to the outer packing or the product itself, products which appear to be partially used, product with minor scratches / chips/ blemishes etc and products purchased during sales / promotions / offers.
