The shipping / handling charges applicable on each product are specified on the Website. In the event any additional charge(s) (whether on account of special delivery requests, redelivery requests or otherwise) are payable on a product, the same will be communicated to you, by email, prior to dispatch of your order. AUTO KROM reserves the right to withhold delivery of products for non-payment of such additional charges.

Ordinary Delivery Timelines
The estimated delivery time for each product is also specified on the Website. We will render our best efforts to ensure your product is delivered within the specified timeframe. However, these timeframes are only an estimate and we do not guarantee delivery of your product within the said timeframe.
Our shipping timeframes are as follows:
- Standard Air Shipping: This is the method used to most small-medium sized non-fragile items. You may expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment within metro cities.
- Surface Shipping: Heavy and/or large items, furniture and fragile items are shipped by ground service. You may expect to receive your order within 10-15 business days from the date of shipment.
- Made to Order, Customised and Pre-Order Items: These will be delivered as per the timelines mentioned on the product page of each item. There maybe unforeseen delays due to manufacturing or import delays. We will inform you of these delays as and when possible.
- Our inability to verify the details of the customer who has elected to pay for the product via
